Shipping Policy
All orders ship from Canada.
Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email.
Rough Supply Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 5 days of confirmed delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and without any damage or alteration. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Due to the nature of rough gemstones, variations in appearance are expected. All items are described and presented as accurately as possible.
