Returns are accepted within 5 days of confirmed delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and without any damage or alteration. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds will only be issued after the item has been received by Rough Supply Company and has passed a final inspection.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
